Rick got my warranty work done on my car in just one day. Went out of his way to get my car washed and dried upon completion of the job that Villa Park did. in addition, there was no charge for all the work that was done. Super happy with Villa Park Ford, which I’ve also bought a F150 there as well.

He was amazing. Super sweet and helpful. When I walked out to give my ticket for pick up nobody was there so he walked out and got my car for me so I didn’t have to wait. A true gentleman.

I came very close to believing your agent and agreeing to spending $2800 on my car which wasn't needed. Your service manager stood 100 per cent behind the story that was told. I would love to tell you the real story. I have bought several cars from your dealership but that may have changed.
