Carlos Ibarra is the best!!! He's very knowledgeable with great work ethics. He always goes over and beyond in customer service! He really shows he cares and concerns for my vehicle and me as a customer. He took care of my family's vehicles at his previous work before Ford,and when we found out he wasn't there anymore we were so disappointed. Which I came back to Ford temporarily until I could find a dedicated honest Service Advisor, and walking into Ford I saw Carlos was there, and was so happily surprised! I'm staying because of him. Thank you Carlos again for taking care of us!!!
