To whom it may concern, I took my F250 truck a 2nd time for the same issue my truck is only 6month old. It’s should be under warranty I also paid for the extended six year warranty costed me $3200 and my warranty states that I should be given while my truck is being worked on a rental truck equal to mine at this time. I didn’t get one. I got Uber home and I had to pay for my own Uber back to your shop to pick up my vehicle that was there for four days. I don’t understand why I paid for when I have full #Warranty if I’m not gonna be covered I should’ve gotten a rental car so I didn’t have to keep calling to get my vehicle returned. From a displeased customer, lm probably going to taking our vehicle to another Ford dealer. Most likely Buena Park Ford dealership because it’s closer and I probably won’t have to pay for a Buena Park Ford dealership because it’s closer and I probably won’t have to pay for an Uber. The reason why I take it there is because I purchase it from a very good dealer Jim Saenz at Villa Ford. My Uber ride cost me $54 + $7.00 tip this isn’t right when I have full warranty on our truck.
Sheldon is very professional on time and guided me the right path on my car. He was excellent to work with.
Received new transmission for 8k. Now the car runs horrible.
Ford services had my car for over a month , and I’m still having problems with my vehicle not changing gears. I was almost stranded after having my car back for 1 day. Sheldon stated my car would jerk for a few days driving, but it’s worse than a jerk, it would not shift out of 1st gear.

I brought my car in on Friday afternoon, December 13th, with a problem concerning my brakes. A safety driving issue. I was told my car would be tested the following Monday, December 16th and I would be informed of the results. My car was not tested Monday. Eventually, my car was tested late Tuesday, December 17th and finally repaired Wednesday, December 18th. There was some doubt as to whether the repairs could be completed on this date. Fortunately the work was completed and I was able to pick up my car late Wednesday afternoon. An offer of alternate transportation would have been appreciated, but was not offered. I needed to cancel then rearrange a day trip to the Antelope Valley to pick up a relative requiring transportation to an important doctors appointment that we waited for two months. Thankfully we had one extra day for me to travel to the Antelope Valley. I am hopeful that in the future, that the value of my time waiting for the resolution to a mechanical problem, regarding the safe operation of my vehicle, would be taken into consideration. I have used Villa Ford’s service department for over 10 years. This was not a good customer care experience. Debra G
