First off, Glen was great. Something else is amiss. (I emailed Glen the details & photos earlier today, fyi.)
After the previous service in September, and again (albeit worse) this time around, my rear license plate has been yanked from one corner. The 1st time in September, it was a small bend and I thought nothing of it and bent it back to straight. I thought perhaps it happened on accident, or even at my home. This time, it was bent severely (leaving some bit of a crease) with the frame snapped. There is no way it could be "coincidence" that I found this same type of damage within 24 hours of each service.
Not sure who is doing this. I am not looking for any resolution for my end, but STRONGLY suggest that the cameras be reviewed from my visit this week (from drop-off to pick-up) to see who is responsible for the vandalism. Some employee (or contractor or frequent visitor) of the dealership is taking liberties with my vehicle (and perhaps other's).
Again, I can certainly straighten my own plate and will be replacing the frame on my own (Something non-dealer & more personal - it's past time to do so anyhow) - so nothing need be done for my benefit on your part. I really just want the internal issue there to be looked into for my sake & the sake of others.

Domingo is a fantastic service provider. He makes you feel important. I live in West Covina but purchased my vehicle from Villa. There are a lot of Ford dealerships closer to me, but when I went to one out of convenience, the service lacked a lot. I come all the way to the OC because of my service provider. ,

Glen did a great job of keeping me informed on the process of the service and made me aware of a safety issue with the lug nuts that was corrected with an upgrade to better lug nuts.
