Joel is the best. When coming in for any service, I seek out Joel because of his great customer service. That is not to say the others are not, but when you find someone who provides great service, you tend to stick with them.

The issue was not fixed about my car not starting. I’ve been having this issue on and off for 3 years and have had 6 batteries replaced in this 2020 car. The tech and Joel both witnessed after I dropped it off it would not turn over and then proceeded to tell me days later that there’s nothing wrong. I have to take it to a new dealer now and won’t be back to Villa Ford. It’s a shame. I bought the car from Villa Ford and liked the service and the people I have had up till recently. Calling me to tell me that the car is fine and nothing is wrong after they witnessed it is ridiculous and an insult to me as a car guy. I have half a mind to contact the Bureau of Automotive Repairs. I have to continue to drive around with an expensive, and unnecessary jump box because I keep getting stranded. I love my GT350, but when it turns over. Otherwise it’s a hassle. Unfortunately I will not be returning to Villa Ford in the future due to lack of confidence in their ability to fix and diagnose my car.
