I have asked for the same problem with my driver door locking without me wanting it locked at least 3 times in the last year and your people have not found the problem. I was told it didn’t do it while it was at the dealership so they can’t fix it. I’m not a mechanic but maybe they should just replace the locking system to that door.

I tried the concierge service for the first time. Definitely not a fan. And my car wasn't right when I got it back. So the concierge had to take it back again and then bring it back to me at work. Things in my car were disturbed. I very rarely let other people drive my car and so I will not be subscribing to this again. Just bring back the car wash.
