The service is excellent, staff very polite, the main thing I enjoy about coming to Villa Ford is I appreciate the confidence that I have that the people doing the work on my car know what they’re doing, and always with the same result with superiorService, special compliments to Jane Service, writer, who always tells me what I need when I need it, and spares me the extras if I don’t need it, that’s trust . Mr. Ibarra was a breath of fresh air. He kept me informed of the stages my vehicle was in. Also informed me of the suggested procedures that should be done at a later time. Mr. Ibarra was fantastic.

Your warranty person lied about what was covered under my plan. I asked him twice and my wife asked him once if the electronics were covered and he answered yes all three times. I now find out that the dash display is not covered. I will not buy another Ford product as I will not tolerate being lied to.
