My service advisor was nice and professional however with concerns verbalized about the noise seemingly coming from the transmission, no one took the extra step to test drive the car and or provide any feedback regarding my concerns until AFTER I expressed discontent at which point the car was test driven and reported to be driving normally. In the end, the service advisor was correct in that the **** service may help to improve the performance and reduce the noise and for the most part it did. Still some noise but much better. Thank you
