I’ve taken my truck in twice to fix a problem with my vehicle. After taking it with a driver with the service representative, he noticed the problem that I was having with the vehicle. After leaving my truck there for a day while being serviced. I went to pick my truck up and started driving home I started experiencing the same problem. I returned to the service department to tell them it still has the same problem. They told me to go to the sales department and find the salesman who sold it to me and tell him about the problem. I found the salesman and took him for a drive and he saw exactly what I was talking about. Not only did he realize something was wrong but it was also a safety concern. I need my truck fixed 100%, with absolutely no issues or I want a different truck. Also when I took my truck back in I showed the service manager that the ford badge in the front and back were kind of worn out and can they replace them and at first he said yes but then I got a phone call back from the service department saying I would have to pay for them to be replaced. Also when I went back for service I talked to my salesman about getting a second key and remote for my just my truck just in case I loose the one I have. He said it should come with two sets. He checked with his manager and once again he came back to me saying I would have to pay for a second set. I don’t understand how your public relations department works but your human resource department should be notified of my situation.
I’ve worked with Villa Ford from Ford Falcon, Mustang, Pinto all the the to my 3rd Expedition. I think Rick is the best Service Manager I’ve ever worked with with.
