Carlos Ibarra is an exceptional representative for your company. Following my first experience working with Carlos more than five years ago, I’ve made a point to only work with Carlos. And in all those year, he has demonstrated only patience, courtesy and professionalism.
I had a humbling moment today following a communication with a mildly frustrating customer and reflecting on the fact that I likely did not handle the situation with the same grace that Carlos demonstrates with me (knowing that I can occasionally be frustrating).
Once again Janey took great care to insure my vehicle was properly serviced. It needed brakes and rotors, which were properly installed to ensure a safe drive home.

After having the transmission replaced on my 2022 Ford F-150, I’m still feeling a pulsing or surging sensation when slowing down, especially at lower speeds. It feels like the truck is downshifting abruptly or inconsistently.
The technician who recently test drove it said it’s functioning as it should, but the issue continues. I’d like to request that someone ride along with me so I can show exactly what I’m experiencing , I believe it’ll be clearer once felt firsthand. Please let me know when that can be arranged.

You never came and attended to my vehicle. It was canceled at the last minute and I was told the van had broken down. Which worked fine because I was stuck somewhere and couldn’t get home in time for the appointment. I was then told by Natalie that she would call me this week And set up a new appointment. I haven’t heard from her yet. Sorry, that this is coming to you this way, but I have nothing more to say. I still want to use Villa Ford to service my vehicle. so, if Natalie will call me, I’ll be happy to set up an appointment. Thank you very much.
