Very happy when Glen took in after 2pm getting my oil change. He gave a me a coupon special and washed my car when that service ended 2024. Very very happy. I love coming to Ford Villa!!

Service department is nothing like it used to be. No communication, always forgetting to return a phone call, rude lot attendant, and service advisors aren't very knowledgeable on Ford vehicles.

I brought my Edge in to have an oil leak fixed and was originally told it might take up to a week, because the department involved was quite backed up. I was happily surprised to get my vehicle back in three days. Rick is always a pleasure to work with and kept me posted as the source of the leak was discovered and the seal ordered the day after I brought it in. I will definitely work with Rick Justus and Villa Ford for my future needs.
