Domingo is great to work with! He listens to concerns and provides honest feedback regarding the matter and not false promises or BS. Domingo also answers the phone and calls you back. I have several other Ford dealers that are closer to me, but I service my vehicle at Villa Ford because of my experience with Domingo.

I was never notified that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I text Justus a little after 3pm requesting a statue and never got a response. We rushed out to Villa Ford to pock up the vehicle before 6pm, when you close. I also requested that the vehicle be delivered to us when done.
