Domingo was very busy dealing with a complex situation on the phone, and he still took the time to help get signed in to get the service on my car started. He also took the time to personally let me know how the progress was going on my car because I was waiting in the customer area. He explained what the mechanics completed and what could be expected at my next service. He was excellent in his customer service!
