The check engine light problem got corrected with no problem. The dimmness of the dashboard was not. Carlos was going to take care of me, but Glen said no that he was taking care of me because Sheldon had asked him to do it. Carlos informed Glen about both problems that I was having with the car. The dashboard problem was NOT even mentioned on the work order. I never saw Sheldon, as he had already left when I came to pick up my car. When my car needs service again, I will only deal with Carlos. He is a great service advisor.

I was expecting someone at some point in the day to tell me what exactly was done to my car and what, if any, issues they found. I was handed the check out docs and then my keys and then the car- which was efficient- but also made it feel like things could have easily slipped between the cracks
