I was quoted 397 multiple times. Got the invoice and it was 605. The 605 was higher than the high end of the estimate (estimate was 567). Usually it’s lower than the high end of the estimate and when I checked in my service advisor said they always have to put as high as it could possibly be on estimate. I have come here for all my maintenance over the years but this may be my last visit.

Richard Justus is a model service consultant. He did not try to upsell me. Instead he listened to understand what I needed. Validated the questions and concerns I shared with him about vehicle performance and required maintenance. And he kept me informed along to way. Do not lose Richard. He is an asset and by far one of the best service consultants i have experienced at any dealership.

Domingo goes beyond the standard service tech of my vehicles. He makes sure I know and understand what the issues are with the cars. He also helps with proactive maintenance for my vehicles. He is the best reason why we service our vehicles at Villa Ford.
