Numerous items were missed today. Adviser did not ask me for my keys and with that, miss represented the vehicle mileage on work order and receipt work order . Also, with the multi point inspection, no one noticed or brought it to my attention that the rear wiper was disintegrated and needs replacement. Also, there was no oil change sticker applied to windshield and the old sticker was not removed. Makes me wonder what else was either not done correctly, was missed, as I will never know and won’t be notified about it.

My service writer was amazing. He answered a few questions I had, told me how long it might take to complete the work, kept me advised of the status, advised me my brakes will need replacement by my next service and recommended a transfer service ahead of time to avoid any issues especially when I do a lot of towing. I would highly recommend my service advisor as he didn’t miss or forget a thing. On a scale of 1 to 10, he gets a solid 10 with 10 being best.

Service tech Joe Gutierrez was very helpful and professional . He listened to my problem with my vehicle and explained the findings thoroughly and logically taking his time. Not a fan of waiting around for the vehicle to be serviced but makes it worthwhile when you know that you were treated fairly by professionals doing a good job.
