Was a Ford Chino Hills customer for several years till I felt they didn't take care of my needs after a purchase of a certified vehicle.
Living in Anaheim Hills, we wanted to give Villa Ford an opportunity.
Took my vehicle in for a Recall and dealing with Mingo was great. Look forward in building a relationship with your team.
Spent over hundred buck, they had my vehicle for five days and had no answers. Wanted to charge over a grand to look for a problem which didn’t make me feel confident (if they could repair it) so I took it home.
But, when picking up my vehicle there where grease smudges all over the driver, side carpet, and alongside the seat, they cleaned it, but I never should’ve got it back that way in the first place.
So not to happy with a ford dealer who can’t work on a ford product. Their excuse was it was too old. Humm.

Excellent customer service
Staff was extremely friendly and supportive. They answered my questions unrelated to this service appointment so I could plan for meeting with the alarm technician on Thursday. They answered my delivery drive was very gracious when we offered her a seat in the shade on our front porch.
A 10 put of 10 on the entire experience.
Rick did a great job, getting us in and out, car repaired under warranty.
