Jaylene and everyone was very nice and professional. However I was very disappointed that 15 employees in the service and around the department either had no mask on or it was under their chin/nose. I was there for ~ 2 hours. As a business where customers wait inside for extended periods of time, this is unacceptable. I know it’s not comfortable but it’s necessary to keep your staff and the customers safe.

When I scheduled the appointment for an oil change, I was assured it would be completed by 3:00 if I could have the vehicle there by 1:00. When I dropped off the car, I was told I could probably pick the car up by 2:30. I called the dealership between 2:45 and 3:15 4 times and the best I could do was leave a message.
I received text at 4:15 that my car was ready. I was in a meeting and could not leave. I received a call at 6:15 telling me the dealership was closed. I was fortunate that the service representative waited for me to arrive to pick up the vehicle. It seemed like there was a lot of miscommunication and no communication.
