When I picked up my vehicle, I was told everything was fine. When I got home I carefully looked at the vehicle report and noticed my tires failed the inspection. I called the service advisor and he told me they made a mistake and everything was fine. He claimed the tires were safe. Being suspicious, I had the tires evaluated by an independent mechanic and they are definitely not fine. I tried contacting the advisor for 2 days and never got a response. I called on the third day and someone finally located him. He still claims the tires are fine and would not look into a prorated discount on a set of new tires. He was condescending and rude. I am in the market for a new vehicle right now. He just eliminated your dealership from the market. Not returning messages and telling me that tires that are missing chunks of rubber are safe because they hold air is not the service I expect.
