Car was finished and ready to leave. I only knew because I saw it facing the exit of the service area. I checked the license plate and yes it was my wife’s car. So I went to another person in the area. And they grabbed and completed the paperwork and off I went to a meeting. When I got to the car it hadn’t been washed. I just left. I’m sure I could have asked for a wash, but I had to meet someone so I decided to leave. It was my wife’s car and she wasn’t happy. So later when I was done with what I had to do, I took it to a car wash.

Overall, I would give the service experience about a B+. My issue is an issue I've had previously with this service department: no return call backs when you are looking to see if your vehicle is ready. Called, left a message, and did not receive a phone call for almost 90 minutes. I then had to call again, and was told my vehicle is ready. Why was the original call not returned?

I appreciate that Daniel both texted and left a voicemail that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Too often I’ve been to dealerships where I’m the one having to follow up to confirm that my vehicle service is complete.
