I’ve been bringing my cars to Audi Morton Grove for service for the last several years. During that time, I’ve interacted with various people in the service department and I’ve found that Randy has always been friendly, approachable, professional, and responsive to questions with an appropriate level of detail. If he is unsure, he seems to be happy to check and confirm prior to responding. With that said, Dariusz Wieczorkiewicz remains the main reason I continue to bring my vehicles to Audi Morton Grove for service. I’m probably more knowledgeable about my vehicles than most people and given Dariusz’s experience and knowledge I trust and know that my vehicles will be well taken care of and they’ll be treated like they are his own. Both Dariusz and Randy are major assets and I appreciate everything that they do.

I answered “No” to bring “completely satisfied” because it took me a half-dozen calls to Audi to get a final answer on if my 1st service was free. Seems like that should’ve been an easy question to answer without multiple employees telling me something different.
