Very informative...I talked to the service mgr while there about an upcoming issue with my brakes... I have put only 4000+ miles since I bought it from you in February ... and soon will now need a $2000 + break job.... I bought from you a 4 year platinum warranty and never once was it mentioned that my brakes may be needed soon... I don’t feel this is fair and would like to discuss this with someone in charge.... this is my 4th Audi... 1st from McGrath and I also have a S5Cabriolet that I have and have moved that service over to you as well....
