Arian is fine. He is courteous and a gentleman. I brought my RS7 in because the last time I was in, they added too much oil and Everytime I started the vehicle, I had the alert to lower the oil level. So today, I bought it in. They had me in and out in 20 minutes, that’s good. However, after I started driving, the reduce oil light came back on. I didn’t have time to bring it back. Best to do it right the first time. This isn’t an Arian issue.
