My daughter brought my car in for an oil change and she asked about online coupons which we were told about. The service advisor was extremely rude and said she would only except a hard coupon. She didn’t have to be treated that way. After the car was ready the car was not even washed and was filthy. I have a Volkswagen which I take to my local dealer and every time the car goes in for service gets washed. I am very disappointed with your dealership and I am inclined to post a negative review on Google because of the poor service we received.
