My Q7 was in for warranty repairs for a week. I was returned the vehicle after an extended test drive with a loose/unfitted turbo hose. As soon as I drove away I could hear a hissing noise and the engine light came on. I went straight back to MGA. I called the service manager who did not return my call. I needed a rental vehicle as MGA loaners cannot go out of state. I was told to go to enterprise to pickup a standard SUV but when I arrived there they didn’t have one, My Q7 was kept for another few days just to install a hose. When it was returned more than half a tank of diesel had been used and all the interior settings for the seat, heat, music and mirror had been changed and the vehicle was filthy.
