On the passenger side by the backlight my truck has been hit or backed into something. I will be there in the morning first thing! I have surveillance of me pulling in my parking lot 6 minutes after I left and examined my truck and damages! I am furiously upset with the unprofessionalism this service team has didn’t even make me aware of the car being hit!

My 2016 Audi Q5 was filthy after spending three days at your facility. Brought it in Saturday and picked up Tuesday with a $1500 PLUS invoice and it wasn't even washed. Jaylene was off on Monday....Nobody called to inform me of status of the Q5. Absolutely terrible customer service. In addition I believe I was charged for unnecessary service. NOT a good experience. The car was at the dealership for 13 days; I did not once receive any notification as to what was the problem. When I called (Day #12) and asked to speak to a manger, I was told someone would soon be contacting me, but no one did. The following day I received a text stating my vehicle was ready for pick up. The staff I interacted with are quite professional, respectful and pleasant, but receiving NO indication for almost 2 weeks, is quite unacceptable in my opinion.
