The service is great. But other dealerships offer free car wash with maintenance. I am curious if McGrath Audi also offer this service?

I made an appointment to drop off the car for service and they told me they make it to my car next week I thought that was the whole point of having an appointment drop off the car and get it fixed and pick it up not leave it there for a week I did not leave the car there I need the car I took it somewhere else got it fixed in one day He said that you guys are very busy

My issue is not with the employees but with the fact that for my 20,000 mile service on a car that is barely a year old it costs almost $1,000. And you guys can’t even include new windshield wipers. That’s pretty ridiculous.
