Two thoughts - it would have been nice to know earlier in the day that my car’s service would be completed that afternoon, particularly if I was expected to return the loaner the same day I am notified. Second, I am really surprised that my car wasn’t washed prior to picking it up.

Was told my car was ready at noon, but no one told me that Service closed early. I was dropped of at 6:05 pm and no one was in Service and I had to walk home. Impressive service....worthy of a crappy review on Yelp. I’ll drive the 10 miles to Exchange where I bought the car and get service there. I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know I’ve never had worse service on a car anywhere.
