Although masks were required, I saw several people, including employees without them or wearing them below their nose. Seriously, people? I observed an employee talking To a customer while taking off his mask. I saw no evidence of sanitizing the waiting area after customers left. The girl at the cashier station had her mask below her nose. Someone needs to explain to employees that. It does no good like that. By contrast, my husband got his bmw serviced a week ago and they were serious about sanitation and masks. Finally, the music played is terrible 80s heavy metal. Sorry, but this is no way to do business during a pandemic.

Reserved a loaner car. Came in and was told you had no loaners left. “I guess no one called you?” No, they didn’t. The service rep was nice, offered me Uber both ways, and they got my car in and out n 45 minutes for 30k service. Ordinarily that would be great and I’d be happy to wait, but in the current environment, I didn’t want to sit inside in any public space. Also, rep said he’s email me a report on my car but I still have not received it.
Times are tough, but communication really helps. Thank you.
