Sino was fantastic to work with! He was down to earth, friendly, extremely helpful, and completely transparent about options and maintenance for my car. Never tried to sell me on something I didn’t need, and thoughtfully explained all the findings from my inspection in terms I could understand. He answered every question with patience and a positive attitude, and was even kind enough to chat with my dealership when needed. Getting your car serviced can be stressful and he helped put me at ease. I was extremely happy with my experience working with Sino, and very much intend to go back the next time my Q5 needs some love! Thanks again Sino!
