I brought my RS3 in due to tire damage and needed a new tire, the service department was able to accommodate easily and in record time as well.My issue was with the tech after installing the new tire the tech did not wipe down the wheel of all the excess lube / grease, I had to tell the service advisor about it and to get it cleaned up.

My lease ends in a couple of months. I’m done with McGrath. My Q7 has been in the shop for brakes windows etc more than I care to count. Frankly, I’m sick of it, really sick of it. My brakes are loud and they squeak. My home association wanted to fine me because my car has been parked outside for the last 5
Weeks due to a bathroom remodel. Instead of fixing the brakes, I got some lengthy explanation about the materials that make up the brakes. Go stuff it. I’m finished with you. Never have these problems from the Exchange! See ya after July 1!

Brought my car in Thursday morning was never contacted by the end of the day. Next day I called and they told me they never looked at the car the day before. They said they’d call me back later in the morning. By 2 I never existed a call I called back 18 times trying to get ahold of someone and was told I would receive a call the next morning. By the 2 the next day never received anything so I had to travel to the dealership in order to get an answer from someone. They said that they were eating for parts and it was diagnosed but I was never contacted. The car was finally done the next Tuesday. I drove the car to work Tuesday night and when I went to leave at midnight I received an error message telling me to turn the car off and check the coolant tank because the level was low. So I was stuck at work trying to get a ride home and my car had to stay in the lot over night. I then had to go out early the next morning before my shift and get a ride to work in order to fill up the coolant and buy my own coolant. I was told to come back in to get a double check but I don’t want to deal with the service.
