Very happy overall with everything from my service advisor Daniel de la Rosa wich was very knowledgeable of the needs of my car and also explained everything with details to the service Tech wich performed the service in a very timely manner

2 1/2 days to do a 20,000 mile check up is way too long especially for a planned service that should be automatic. The vehicle came back dirtier than it went in.
I owe other imported vehicles, their services are far superior to Audi’s. This is my 3rd Audi, love the cars, but have never been impressed with their service departments. $890 for basic services is also out if line. The day after I got the car back, I got an offer from Audi of Westmont for the same services at 25% off.
This is likely my last Audi.
