When I bought my car I was told you would remove dents up to tennis ball sized. When I checked in for the appointment to remove it was handed a list of services that didn't include the dent removal but the person presenting the paperwork also didn't acknowledge that the dent wouldn't be removed. Then I was told it only covered dents up to the size of a quarter. I shouldn't be surprised I was told another lie in the name of selling me a car, but I like to have more faith in people.
