The problem that occurred with my car happened with my 2 young children in the car. I pulled up to McGRATH in Glenview and Randy asked me right away what was wrong. I told him briefly and he looked at my hood and said don’t worry we got this! Gave me a loaner with in 10 minutes and I was on my way. He was so professional and put my mind at ease. I was relieved when he got me a loaner so my day wasn’t delayed with all my stands. He called me when the part was being ordered and then again to tell me it was ready. He was also so sweet to my daughter. The experience was effortless and beyond my expectations!! He’s a great guy!!! I hope to see him next time!! Randy is amazing!!

Although I Appreciated Randy’s help with my car the fact still remains the toew ring from my car is missing the tow company and the Audi dealership both are not taking responsibility. The tow truck driver claims he left it on the car and the dealership claims it wasn’t on the car. What I do know is that it was on the car at some point because it was taken to the dealership so I can’t take more time on the phone trying to figure this out. I need it re-ordered and replaced at no cost to me. Randy offered to order it for me but said I would have to pay for it which I find to be ridiculous. I believe the dealership should replace the tow ring and work it out with the service company that you recommended to me to tow my car please have someone contact me so we can resolve this Matter. I am going out of town and I do not feel comfortable driving my car without all of the proper equipment thank you

Quite an easy process from start (ie dropping off my vehicle) to getting a loaner to eventually picking up my car. In addition I was kept apprised of the process through automated messages so there was no doubt as to the status of the underlying service being performed.
