2hr & 10 min for filter/oil change. You putvyour guys atvthe desk and up front in a difficult position when your techs ate doing who knows what. Afding insult to injury, the radio station was changed and pax seat position reclined and set back - since when does changing the oil & filter call for that.
Sketchy service- Randy and other up front service guys professional. Do the same with tour techs. My appt was for 8:00 am - obviously MY time not worth respecting. Was fine until the 2 hr mark, those last 20 min sealed it for me. Once my lease is up I sm happily going back to Fields Volvo

The loaner car was supposed to be delivered at 9 am but no one showed up until 10:30 - after we called to find out where they were. And the service shouldn't have been necessary in the first place - the keys should both have been working when we took delivery of the car and the filter should have been new as well.
