My service advisor was professional and friendly his name was Sinoeil.
I was un happy with your e-sales division. I contacted them x2 about a vehicle Friday and Saturday (7 and 8th of February). I have yet to get a response from them and I did check my junk mailbox.
I am also missing a part from my car, it was the plastic engine trim plate. The advisor checked the back but couldn’t find it. I contacted the mechanic of another shop, I went the he checked but didn’t have it. I called back to Audi and left a message around 3pm with a real person, it is now 8:30pm and no one has returned my call I left a message with my number for someone to call me back.

Randy has always gone above and beyond for me, managing to fix passenger rear view mirror a learning kid driver had bumped loose gratis - when downtown Audi dealer said it was impossible and must be completely replaced - or offering to buff out markers of their learning curve from the bumpers, or offer a bit of paint where my son chipped from pulling slowly alongside a steel dumpster in an alley (and getting drivers side door stuck against said object - to protect debt from eventual rusting. Randy is the best, a complete pleasure to deal with, and always ready to laugh with me about the misadventures of my poor car (which was perfect before adolescent humans got a hold of it.
