Not sure if this is a McGrath policy or an Audi USA policy, but I was annoyed that I wasn’t able to get a courtesy car. I expected a higher level of customer service considering I spent tens of thousands of dollars on a vehicle. They did order me an Uber, which was helpful. But still disappointing for a luxury vehicle company. Other than that, the service was good but the lack of courtesy car tainted the experience.
