I purchased my Audi at McGrath and have taken it there thru the years and have been very happy with the service I received. During the pandemic have taken my car to a local service provider who recommended that I have your group look at it. I made an appointment almost two weeks before and rented a car thru you. Everything went well when I dropped the car off but when I called three hours later no one had looked at my vehicle. I then went to pick up my car as it look like no one would be able to even look at it until later in the day when the service rep said that there were too many cars ahead of mine. When I asked him why they could not let me know this before to reschedule he responded by saying do you want me to call 40 people to let them know. He then said that my picking up my car saved him one more problem. I am sorry but I have never complained but this was really bad
