All aspects of the visit were exceptional. The concept of the ‘movie’ of the technician going over the car was interesting to watch.

I asked to have my wiper blades changed and they were not. I was asked if I wanted a car wash and didn’t get that either. Little things, but now I’ve got to order them on Amazon and install them myself. No car wash wasn’t a big deal, but don’t ask if you’re not going to do it.
