Service was great and fast but I think you should have the car wash open at 9am - this way we can get the complimentary car wash that you advertise. Opening it at 10am in a Saturday doesn’t make sense to me. You also need to consider having basic staples available to customers as they wait for their car. I asked for a coffee cup and they said they went to buy some and also water. I was there for over an hour and nothing. For an Audi dealership- this is disappointing. My Toyota dealer always had coffee, water, cookies, donuts or bagels for customers - especially Saturday morning. I think it’s because most of the staff working is super young and not paying attention to these basic details that we would expect from a luxury dealership.Thank you for listening to my feedback.
