Art is very good but your service takes too long. 2 hours 45 mins for an oil change. I had to ask for my car to get washed because that wasn’t done. I went to the dealship so my computer could get updated but I’m not sure that was looked at. I can get oil change with synthetic oil for less than 100$ in 30 minutes. You need to do better being the ONLY Lexus dealership in El Paso.

I don’t know who Jesse Sarnoski is. If it’s the person who thought I was there to have my windshield replaced when he was looking at his handheld tablet I’d say. Not so much. My whole experience with making my 5000 mile check appointment finding out there needed to be a repair on the interior to a wasted day b/c you ordered the wrong part. Not getting notified when parts are in twice , to finally getting a repair nothing went smoothly. The right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing and the attitude of the person on the phone is just (oh well) not impressed.

I can’t help but feel that your shop’s objective is to extract as much services out of your customers by making maintenance recommendations that are either not yet necessary/ nice to have vs must haves. Your cost are also very high. I’m a long time customer, but this & previous experiences have soured my view of JM Lexus.
