Car was towed to Lexus Brookpark at 10 am on 4/22 and I had to wait 2.5 hours on 4/23 for it to be completed. Finally completed at 3:45pm.
Just for a new key fob which should not have taken that long. I was given zero updates as the time ticked by while waiting in the guest area.

The service techs refuse to inflate the tires to manufacturer specs. This has occured every time I have service. Omar does great job, but the techs remain obstinate and ignore my request.
