Purchased car in January. Preowned 350 RC. Had an issue with alignment found out there was a warn caster bushing. Caster bushing was ordered I had an appointment set 2 weeks ago however I had to cancel. Appointment was reset for last Thursday. Advisor said the part is not here. I needed 5k service that was tire rotation. I waited about an hour for tire rotation. Advisor said the caster bushing will be available next week. So this weekend I’m looking at my wheels. I have a small scar on passenger rear wheel and that wheel is still there. TIRE ROTATION WAS NOT DONE!!!!!!!!!

When arriving to pick up my car from service I was told that my service advisor was not there but the receptionist got my paperwork and had me sign it. She was very nice. After signing the paperwork I was told to go outside the doors and that a porter would bring my car around to me. So I go outside and watch several customers come out and get their cars. After waiting 45min. I went back in only to be told that they can’t fine my car!! After another 15 min they found it, an hour wasted. Not Happy

I do not feel I was treated as a valued guest due to the fact that I was quoted $4400.00 to replace my forward facing camera system when all that need to be replaced was the heating element. I did the repair my self after finding the part on eBay for $80.00. I don’t know if it was the technician or the service writer (who I never have had a problem with) try to over charge for this repair. I was extremely disappointed when I found out that a $250 part is all that was needed. This will make me second guess getting service done without researching to see if I am being overcharged.
