I was given an email when my service was completed however nobody let me know by text or phone call that my car was ready. I waited an extra hour and a half before anybody talk to me while I was sitting in the lounge. A text was sent to me on my way home after getting my car. That said your car is ready.

I purchased the vehicle a year ago when it was already a year old. It came with a warranty and I was convinced to purchase an extended warranty. 2 service appointments ago I pointed out that the passenger side windshield moulding was coming loose at highway speeds. I was told it’s not under warranty since it’s not the original windshield (it’s as I purchased it). I was quoted $330 for a replacement yet they never called me to replace the 3 plastic clips. My recent appointment required tire balancing since a wobble developed after the last tire rotation. I was charged $235 and told it was like that before when those tires were on the back. Last thing the service advisor said is that all tire pressures were checked and adjusted. When entering the vehicle, I found the tire pressures to be from 35 to 40 psi, leading me to believe there’s a quality issue and the items claimed to be completed on the work order were not actually addressed. Makes one wonder what else was missed. The extra charges make me wonder whether purchasing an extended warranty was of any use. Thank you.

Mr. Temores is excellent!! He’s like mailman because he always delivers!
He provided me with excellent customer service, kept me up to date, and helped me resolve my issues right away. I wish he was a psychologist too so he can fix my wife’s issues right away. Anyway I chose Crown Lexus even though I’m only 20 minutes away from Lexus riverside because Mr. Temores helped me get approval for warranty repairs and he is always professional and I feel that I can totally trust him and his service recommendations. I own 3 Lexus vehicles that I usually bring to Lexus Riverside, but from now on, I will be bringing all my vehicles to Mr. Temores anytime I need any service or repairs.
P.S. every single person I have come in contact with from pulling up to the service area to the cashier have been very professional and accommodating. I don’t usually do any reviews or surveys but I feel that the customer service I received is worth leaving a 5 star survey. Please keep those service coupons/Deals coming. They defintely got me to try Crown Lexus vs. going to another dealership for service. Thank you.
