My alignment was initially done incorrectly, and I returned my vehicle. Alejo apologized for my inconvenience and immediately contacted service tech Alex to address the issue. Alex immediately addressed the issue and corrected the problem. I was very pleased with Alejo’s service attitude and sincere effort to “make it right” for me.
