Jessy the service representative is good you’re mechanic who worked on my car is horrible left my battery loose and didn’t install battery cover back very bad mechanic I don’t think he knows what his doing very bad experience

Jorge is the best! He recently started assisting me after Jerry left and I thought I was not going to be able to get the excellent service I received previously but I was wrong. He made me feel very well taken care of and made me feel at ease. Lexus is lucky to have him!

Bill was very thorough and provided excellent details and gave answers as to what was absolutely necessary to be handled now, and what was not so urgent. He has always been very courteous in the past as well as this experience, and he is excellent with followup. Easily the best service person I have worked with in my 50-plus years of driving.

Sadly, I was very disappointed in my scheduled service appointment today (complementary oil change for 4896k approximate). Drop off was 9:30am. I received a text message around 12 noon with a detail report of my car’s full point inspection. I didn’t receive any calls about my car ready for pick up. I called at 2:30pm to check on my car’s status, and a service tech informed my today (4896k approximate). Drop off was 9:30am. I arrived to Lexus around 4:30-5pm, signed my paperwork and notice “no oil change was completed”. When I asked my service tech Kay, she explained that newer Lexus’ do not require oil changes until almost 10k miles. I informed her I drive quite frequent for work and I was expecting to get an oil change today. Today, I was highly disappointed that I didn’t receive the service I was expecting, especially as a first time Lexus owner. I will not be returning to this location for future service, instead will go to Henderson Lexus. Thank you, Jennasen N

Faustino Ruiz does a great job! My only concern is that the technicians filled my tires to 43. Isn’t that too high? I have a road trip coming up in 10 days and I’m a little concerned about it.

Christian was fast, kind and helpful. He explained everything and tried to get me out of there. An opportunity for improvement is retrieving your car after service. It took 28 minutes once I gave my ticket for my car.

Joel Gooding was and is always great , he is an asset for Sahara Lexus Service Department. I always ask for him to be my Service Advisor for the last 6 years?

The service performed on my car was excellent. Arturo was great. He explained everything to me. Everything they did to the car. He took very good care of me. The only complaint I have is on the passenger seat either something heavy or sit on it or somebody sat on it and it made a hole under the seat cover. I know I did not have that on there because I really have people right on that passenger seat otherwise everything was great Arturo is a great service advisor. Thank you.

Your app based quick pay option offered via text message is a joke and a waste of time. If you’re going to offer this you ought to make sure it works. It didn’t for me.
