Jose was very professional and polite, and I want to be clear these comments aren’t directed at him. My concern is with Lexus’ overall service pricing, which feels excessive and out of touch. I specifically said I didn’t want an oil change or any services already included in the standard Value Line package, since I still had about 1,000 miles before one was due. Despite that, the package Jose was required to offer included those same services. This lack of flexibility and inflated pricing makes customers feel gouged, not valued. Lexus should re-evaluate its pricing if it truly wants to earn lasting brand loyalty.
