Maico gave 5 star service. He went above and beyond in every way possible. He kept in constant communication, delivered loaner vehicles to my home, himself. He did everything to ensure we knew exactly what was happening. We can’t thank Maico enough for his amazing service.

The service manager was not Diego as this text survey says. It was a different manager on duty and I will not be servicing any of my Lexus vehicles, nor would purchase from this dealer ever again because of how the situation was handled. John (my service tech) was nice but the manager definitely handled this wrong.

While the service advisor was friendly, it took way too long for me to have my scheduled, regular maintenance completed. My appointment was for 7:15am, and most of spaces in the maintenance garage were empty at that time. Despite that, it took nearly 3 hours for my 15,000 maintenance inspection to be completed, and over another hour for my suggested alignment to be completed.
When the appointment was made, I said that I would wait for my car and I said it again to the service advisor after I arrived. The mechanics seemed to have no sense of urgency in servicing my car, hence I had to wait for over 4 hours for a scheduled appointment that should’ve taken no longer than 1 1/2 hours, especially because I arrived early and before the later rush occurred.

Adam made arrangements with reps from our extended warranty to have the water pump replaced because of evidence of pink crust on the water pump. He also made arrangements for a loaner because we only own one car. The loaner was ready when I arrived for my 2:30 pm appointment and paperwork was fully explained to me by Adam before signing. Adam called me the next day when my car was ready and, again, everything went smoothly for my exchange of cars. Adam was efficient, has a great attitude and a pleasure to work with. Not that I wasn’t satisfied.. you guys are always the best! I just have a concern and I can reach out to service as well. My work order showed tires set @ 36PSI but it actually showed front tires @ 37 and rear tires @ 33PSI. I expect a loss in pressure with the first big dip in temps…do I need to have air added to the rear tires? I don’t want to be in a situation where I am expecting to get somewhere and have an alert pop up showing me I need air…Alec was great!

Making an appointment was difficult but once I connected with someone it was easy. Pickup & delivery service was very much appreciated! One issue we noticed a black mark on the side of the car.
