I would like you guys review my tire caps when I arrived they were all completed then after two hours I received a call saying that I need a new tire cap for 39 dollars what happened I paid it anyway I know I had the cap when I arrived please revise at the end they gave me the wrong paper work waited for the car30 min and it was parked with nobody able to find the keys, this is my 4 th lexus Love the cars but it is the first time I have seen this my computer in the car says still I need service so I wll wait and see tomorrow not a happy camper

The car wash results were not satisfactory. There was plenty spots of gunk and dirt that was not washed or wiped off. Very disappointing. I waited three hours at least I expected good service

Omaha Lexus service always is outstanding! I know I can always count on them. I even asked to have the inside of my car wiped down.
