Cory- excellent at keeping me current on status of my vehicle, warranty coverage, and when a new battery was expected, as well as a heads up that another tech would be taking as he would be out of the office that day. Molly - so patient talking me through getting key out of fob and finding the keyhole in the door, sending Jordan to jump dead battery, as well as following up to see if Jordan was able to help remove keyhole cover. Jordan - great at fielding questions on why my battery would die so soon, showing how to get to keyhole, jumping the battery and encouraging me to take my car in for a battery health check ASAP Kimberly - willingness to track down the tech who filled in for Cory when my battery came in 3 days later, follow up on the status when she had an email saying the new tech had contacted me when I had no text and no missed calls. She went to find out the status of my car. KJ- helped me make sure my app and features were working after the dead battery. Awesome team at Lexus of Omaha!!

The service was completed within a reasonable timeframe; however, the payment process has been unnecessarily complicated. I was asked to provide two personal email addresses in order to receive my invoice, which I still did not receive initially. As a result, I provided an additional email—my work address—along with information about the previous attempts. Eventually, the invoice was sent to one of my personal emails. Afterward, I contacted John several times to arrange payment. He sent an email, but it did not include a link to pay electronically. It has now been a week since the service was completed, and I am still unable to make the payment. Despite multiple follow-ups via text and email, I have not received a response or further assistance.
