The drop off/check in process takes entirely too long. I arrived a few minutes before my 10:30 appointment time, and did not leave until 10:50. In addition, my car was not vacuumed or washed, as I was told it would be. Cordis realized this after my car was brought around to me, and offered to run it through, but I did not have time to wait. This should have been double checked. I would like to spend less time at the dealership, not more.

It wasn't Diego. It was John. There was some confusion when I first arrived and was in the restroom, I then waited 25 minutes and had to track him down. He tried to call, but I think reception in your waiting area is bad. If a rep knows a customer is there somewhere, they should check more often. Otherwise, the service was good. John was helpful in answering my questions after the service

Robert did a great job. Kept his composure and ability to professionally communicate with his customers, even though manning was low. I am disappointed the leadership at Lexus did not take care of the workers this past week. I feel the whole crew did an outstanding job under the circumstances. The smoothness of my normal visits was disrupted but Robert made up for it with his professionalism.
